We relocated near Great Dunmow in Essex 12 years ago, and since then have offered IT support covering Anglia, London and the South East for ‘at home’ or ‘on site’ service.
When required, our office facilities mean we can also provide help and support at our premises. For smaller problems we also offer remote assistance allowing us to connect directly to your PC without the need for an engineer visit. When we do visit you, we don’t do ‘sometime in the morning’ or ‘between 1 & 5′, we set a timed appointment and we stick to it.
Our business hours are 9am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
We don’t set fees for specific tasks and we don’t charge for call outs. We just have a single hourly rate of £36.00, with a minimum charge of one hour. After the first hour time is billed in 15 minute segments, this allows us flexibility when preparing your invoice and ensures you only pay for the time we spend on you.
